EPTMy name is Colton, or Ctone23, or brotone. Most probably don't know me but some might recognize my name from Twitch. In 2012 when I joined Twitch and subsequently TL I was definitely more immature, and grew a reputation among some as a troll. Like I said most people don't know me, but I would also like to apologize to anyone who might be reading this that I was once rude to on Twitch/TL, (especially to Faust here at TL, I was having a stressful week and sounded off to you through PM's, you didn't deserve that and I'm sorry).
I think of myself more as a sarcastic, dry humor kind of guy, but I'm no Shakespeare, and sometimes my words come off as harsh. Bottom line, I love the community, TL , and everyone else who makes this game so special to all of us. It's really, really impressive to see such top notch work done all the time. I'm always looking to improve my posting here and at this point, I'm ready to jump into Fantasy proleague and other fun activities we have going on.
Shoutout to the one, the only, Liquid Nazgul, for everything that you have done! It still amazes what all you and your staff have accomplished, well done sir! I picked up SC2 when it came out and admittedly did not hear about TL or competitive events (MLG, etc) until 2012. I only did one build. The two base-make only BC's- but only after I get 3/3 - and only when I had enough minerals and gas to make them all at once- YEAH THAT BUILD.
Haha anyway, the point I'm trying to make is, thanks to everyone. To the TL Strat guys for getting me away from the BC awesome build and helping me achieve diamond league with the Terran Help Me Thread and many other build orders I would print off and ladder with next to me. Shoutout to Wax for putting me in my place once upon a time, I think it went something like "I don't have to fucking give you a history lesson" (In reference to how 2v2 tournaments did not do well in KR). That was definitely a wake-up call for me to do my own research and hopefully not get pwned again
Shoutout to dravernor, boesthius, and dfs (I haven't forgotten about our Dota showmatch)...
