These were today's objectives:

I set off to the park after I had let my breakfast settle. It was a really hot day, no clouds in the sky and no breeze to speak of. Luckily the park has plenty of shaded areas so I didn't have to be in the sun during the Core/Abs exercises, which is a good thing as I burn really easily.
Following a similar format to yesterday I did Core->Run->Abs->Run, the core exercises proved no trouble at all. The runs of the other hand were a different story, the majority of my 1.5km route is in the sun which really affected my performance, I didn't time it, but I reckon I couldn't have done the 1.5km in anything under 10 minutes.
The flutter kicks were also challenging the shear quantity I will have to complete in the upcoming days worry me. After a while they really start to burn buy hey no pain no gain! When I get into the latter stages of this program I may have to do two exercise sessions a day to break up the reps.

The days diet consisted of three meals:
- Breakfast- A bowl of fruit and fiber cereal with a added sliced banana.
- Lunch- Canned beans, one tortilla and 1 egg (scrambled).
- Dinner- Two thick slices of smoked ham with tomatoes.
No recipes today as I think you can work out this one for yourselves!
I started this diet about two weeks ago and during the first week I did no exercise at all as a result the food quantity was enough to sustain me. With the intensity and amount of exercise I will be doing over the coming days I think I am going to need some more food to keep me going. I will be eating 1-3 snacks in between meals which will consist of mainly fruit and nuts. On Thursday I will be baking some protein bars which will serve as post work out snacks. Ill post some photos on Thursdays blog.

Today was the first full day of Starcraft in a while and overall the results were really positive. Although I didn't get in as many games as I would have liked I learnt a lot. Overall I went 7-4, which I didn't expect at all and if I wasn't stupid I could have gone 9-2. Furthermore I hit Top 8 diamond again a really good end to the season.
After playing those games I have decided that I don't like the direction of the ZvT or ZvZ builds, for tomorrow I will be researching and finding a better opener to combat my weaknesses.
However I had a really good set of ZvP games, I went 4-0 against a wide selection of builds. My current style is a combination of both my own and Hyun's. Going into today I wasn't really sure of when to head down certain tech paths and how to properly react to what I scouted. After todays games I think I have it almost sorted, tomorrow ill create a full chart in my notebook so I always know how to react to what I scout.
The ZvZ's went less well but the losses were more problems with the build I feel rather than mistakes I made. I went 3-4 in games and lost games to ling all ins and upgraded ling styles. I will be sticking with the roach style going ahead but I really need to refine the opener as Hyun's variant seems simply outdated.
I ended up playing no ZvT ladder games, I did fit in a few customs though and although the roach style is really strong I just really don't like roaches. I will revert to my previous build order tomorrow, focus more on scouting and spam spines/queens if the hellbat all in is scouted.
Overall a really positive first day, looking forward to the fresh season tomorrow with my newly refined builds!
Game Summary and Points of Improvement
Vs Protoss (4-0)
- Refine my build order so I know how to react to protoss tech paths.
- Focus more on map vision and control (overlords +lings).
Vs Terran(x-x)
- Sort out my opening build order.
- If possible practice vs the hellbat all in
Vs Zerg (3-4)
- Sort out opening build order.
- Improve early game scouting with lings and overlords
- Make sure I always overseer scout after reaching lair.

I streamed today for the first time in a while. I didn't get many viewers as I didn't advertise it at all. I wanted to make sure the stream quality was good before I began advertising it again. Overall there were no faults, internet or computer based, and the quality was apparently very good. I do really need a good title for it my stream though, you lot got any ideas?

As always thanks for reading! Just want to say thanks again for all the support and hopefully tomorrow turns out to be another positive day. Looking ahead the most important thing I need to sort out is my sleep schedule. I keep failing to sleep early and as a result I am waking up really late, past the point my daily routine is supposed to start which affects the amount of revision/sc2 practice I can get done.
