Fitness
I have decided upon want I am going to do in regards to exercise and I am seriously stepping it up a gear. I will be starting on two programs one based on increasing core strength the other to build on my abs. I will also be doing a 3km run every single day. The run will not attempt to do anything crazing but I will be aiming to finish within 18:30 daily. The exercise is going to be a real challenge but I have to take advantage of my current work free calendar. Which will hopefully be filled within two months. I will go into more detail of the specific routines during my blogs.
Diet
During the next stage I will be on a strict diet. I have already started the diet and will be quite far into it when I resume blogging. The diet section will go over the days food and will provide recipes people can follow at home. In terms of cost I think I will be spending about £20 a week on food, not bad at all considering its all good quality. I have created a weekly food calender which minimizes waste for example I would have a chicken based meal one day they use whats left in a salad a few days later. This keeps the cost low.
Starcraft
My Starcraft play will take off from where I left it a few days ago, being currently at Top 8 diamond, next season I will be pushing really hard for masters. For those of you who have kept up with my blogs I often didn't play enough games . When I restart this program I will be using a proper day to day schedule. I will play about 2 hours of Starcraft in the day (mostly customs) and then will complete a two hour ladder session in the evening.
Blog and Stream
Whats delaying me resuming this the most is the blog. Luckily I have roped in a friend who will be helping me with graphics for my stream and blog. So when I return, the media I create will be of a higher quality. I will also be confirming my final format.
As for the stream I will begin streaming at least 4 days a week. I will be posting a full schedule in each blog.
I am currently looking at the prospect of making Saturday a special day where I change things up, for example I could get my friend Issy to come over and do a cooking video every so often, as her cooking skills are far superior to mine. Or I could grab one of my athletic friends to make a video going over the routines they do to keep in shape. If this is something you would like to see, leave a comment.
Every Sunday will be a rest day and will include not content at all.
