"The hardest lift of all is lifting you butt of the couch" Neila Rey
This was today's objective:
Sunday is a lazy day for me, I didn't even get up until 11am. The days exercise included no cardio and had to be done in one go. So after walking my dog for about a mile I got stuck in.
None of the individual sets proved challenging, I had no pain in my legs and all the moves had been done before in some form. By the end of the sets I was really tired and sweaty but overall I found the days exercise fairly easy.
During dog walking throughout the day I covered about 3 miles, little bit extra walking has never hurt anyone!
I person named "PRG" commented on the previous blog and suggested that I record what I eat on a daily bases to assist with my training. I currently have no plans to diet just yet, although I have cut back on a lot of extra food that I used to eat throughout the day I don't plan on controlling my diet until the next stage. After these 30 days are up I plan to choose a program which will focus on weight gain and building my upper body. During this program I will begin to properly diet, with planned meals and no snacking! I plan to use one of "Neila's" diet plans, you can check them out below.
Upon arriving home I ended up spending a good hour arguing with my internet provider. I ended up agreeing with a deal which raised my download rate from 30mb to 100mb and my upload rate to a point which means it will never go below 2000 kbps at anytime. As a result I will begin to stream again tomorrow.
#Much stream. Such quality.Wow.
By the time the internet was back online I only had two hours left. Armed with new build orders I decided to focus solely on Starcraft for the evening. I only managed to play four games, all of which lasted at least 25 minutes and were all really close. I ended up going 4-0!!! I also finally felt my mechanics coming together reaching at least 130 apm every game. Importantly I started learning the roach based ZvZ style and although my games were scrappy, I really liked the style and plan to play more of it in the future.
Starcraft Summary
Vs Terran (1-0)
- Although I managed to win, I really need to improve my viper control when against mech.
Vs Protoss (1-0)
Vs Zerg (2-0)
- During both ZvZ games I fell apart at times due to the mobility of my opponent, I need to focus on correct static defense placement.
Hearthstone Summary

Thanks for reading and supporting me, tomorrow ill be back to the proper schedule of both hearthstone and starcraft and I plan on streaming. On Monday evenings I have a night class as a result I will stream from 9pm-12pm GMT+1. I look forward to seeing you all there!
P.S I need to come up with a appropriate stream title and description for the stream which accurately advertises what I am trying to achieve. I am also still experimenting with the blog format. If anyone has any ideas please send me a message.
