I feel more slow moving nowadays just like my changing musical tastes from japanese pop rock to more slower paced music. More peaceful you could say. While thinking peacefully I thought before when I had played Go a 19 by 19 grid board game where you placed stones on intersections and how peaceful it was compared to StarCraft.
On KGS Go online everyone would be extra polite saying remarks like "gg. Thank you for the game" or "I resign. Thanks for the game." It's almost silly thinking about someone who would type "gtfo noob" at the end of the game. It's not in the nature of Go which requires clear headed thinking and is far more relaxed compared to StarCraft.
Ironically, turn based games like Chess and Go I find are more mentally draining for myself since I take so long thinking about all of the possibilities and outcomes and to a larger extent I couldn't firmly grasp the more complicated strategic parts of Chess or Go.
