I'm looking for high quality manga artist videos of them drawing a manga (the panels and stuff, not just one very boring drawing of a cute girl shit). For example, I'm looking for something like this:
Also, it might sound very harsh and somehow a prejudice, but I sincerely would prefer a japanese artist rather than, say, a japanese-wanna-be american (or brazilian, german, whatever) dude, unless, of course, the artist is a very talented one and his drawings "feel" like an authentic japanese art.
If you are so kind to give me pointers where to find such, I would be a thankful being.
Oh, and I feel compelled to add yet another constraint, if it wouldn't burden you too much:
I consider this is a real piece of art:
And I really dislike A LOT this style (it looks so dumb, in my opinion of course):

You might think that is cute, and it is fine. To each his own. But for me, this is cute and skilled drawing:
I don't know how to express it with words, but the pink one seems just bland and meh, while the Dragon Ball you can notice a full and deep style and skill in the artist work. It might have sounded very pretentious, but I can't really find words to express what I want to say, sorry.

As I'm desperately looking for "how the hell real manga artists draw manga", I wouldn't mind to be pointed at any style, but I ask that, if possible, stick to the first one!
Whole documentaries on the subject, with lots of time spent on the artist working on the manga, would be perfect. I don't need anyone teaching anything or even speaking, I just want to SEE how it is done, please help me!
