Hey people.

I've been teaching myself web design for the last few months in the hopes of finding work in the field and getting into UX-design. I've been making sites for people as practice. I've redone my GF's personal site and done one for an architect friend and several personal experiments. Now I've run out of current projects and am looking of for something new.

So any of you guys need a site made for something? I'll do it for free as long as it isn't a massive project.

Personal portfolio site? Clan Site? Some other wierd project you want on the web and looking good?

I have always been a graphic design hobbyist and can produce a professional looking result and do all kinds of nifty things with moving elements and interesting UI.

Things I can't do yet :

1. Payment systems
2. User systems

So as long as thats not neccesary (or you know how to implement it), I'd be happy to give any ideas a shot. Unfortunately none of my projects are online yet so I can't show them off, but hey I'm doing this for free so you really have nothing to lose. I'm not a 13 year old hack, I promise it will look nice.

Really nice of you to do this!

I hope you gain some valuable experience out of this and make many people happy. I have wanted to make a personal website with my portfolio, blog, as well as a few other things. The details are still in the works and I don't have all the content yet... But I'll come by around in a couple weeks to see if you are still offering this wonderful service to people as that would help me a tremendous amount. Best of luck with your projects! Hope you get a job in the field soon (not before helping me out though ;p).

This is cool. I'm more on the other end of things with my knowledge - it's more backend, while you seem to have more frontend experience. You probably have more experience than me. But! I do know how to create a fairly secure login form (is anything really secure?) and I even set up this calendar for appointments where my students can choose what time they want to have a coaching session! Then when they select the time and pay for it, the calendar updates an SQL database so that the block of time is now unavailable for future students. Cool, huh?

wife is breeding maltipoo dogs. think you can set up a website for her? just to show the dogs, show videos of dogs, etc. kind of like facebook for dogs.

Yeah that sounds simple, If you are interested just PM me some more info-

quick sketch or idea of layout/what needs to be conveyed

aesthetic idea/theme, similar to any other sites?

I cannot create actual functioning social network for dogs, sorry.

If you have any specific idea of what you want just let me know. I can make layouts and the frame even if you only finish filling it with content later.

You can't because I don't have one yet! In a month I should have at least two sites up, nothing much even that interesting though. i'll show you when I finish something cool
