I love the amount of passion that people have to put into projects like these. Great job

The only real face an immortal has is the 'eye-slit' across the 'head' of the walker. The portrait is of the pilot, who is suspended in bluegoo inside the walker.

You finished it, and did a great job! Nice.

How much to buy it?

This is awesome, good job.

That's pretty cool. Seeing the tree stump thing on the bottom makes me think of Greek statues. XD

Did you ask SC2John if you have the rights to do a sculpture of him ?
It is very good. This should be spotlighted.

1. This is very cool.
Noob questions inc:
2. Where does one get white marble for crafting exactly and what do you use to craft it? lmao
3. The white marble used there looks quite different from the white marble I'm used to--kitchen counter tops mostly. In the case of the counter top it usually looks sort of streaky-rocky (a description fit for Dickens) with more of a 'conglomerate' look as opposed to this totally uniform-homogeneous sugary white. Is this just the type of marble you used or a treatment problem or something else that a noob like me is too ignorant to know?

Wow, it looks fantastic! I don't know the first thing about sculpting but Carrara/Luna marble sounds like a pain to work with. Makes you wonder how they ever finished the Column of Trajan!

2. There are specialized shops that sell stone, in our glorious age of the internet I usually order online. I'm not sure about shops in the US, but you should be able to find a place relatively quickly. They usually have both the stones and the tools you use to work them. As an example, I often order from this site (in german, but you should be able to navigate it via the pictures).
3. It's just the type of stone, or rather where it was mined. "Marble" is everything with a defined chemical composition, the color (which can range from white over light pink and blue to black), swirls, hardness and all other detailed properties depend on the minerals that naturally occur in the area where the marble in mined (the stone never is 100% pure). Check this list for some examples.

Marbelous! (: (seriously, i've never tried sculpting anything, if we don't count wood figurines, but sculpting marble seems hard)

That's just... cool
