To clarify it once again, as maybe my original post was not that clear: I am not seeking medical advice as such. I am well aware that TL is not the spot for this.
I am seeking for ideas from people who have been in a similar situation. It is a brainstorming. Any suggestion will of course be carefully considered and discussed with professionals.
But mainly this is to find out about the exact oncologist you talked about so to speak. To find out if anyone knows someone specialized and renowned in the exact field.
There is a pretty renowned oncologist who is called doctor Piroth in Düsseldorf. I met him myself and he seems to be a very reasonable and competent man.
