Not once. I honestly believe that the only difference between old Pokemon design and new Pokemon designs is that most of us were kids for the old ones and are far more critical adult people for the new ones. Basically, some Pokemon have always been silly and dumb and far more have been cool. In fact, I think design is getting better overall. Now, I haven't seen the Mega Evolutions in game yet, but what I have seen of them is very Pokemon and never Digimon (imo)
But then, I also <3 Digimon SO MAYBE I WOULDN'T NOTICE.

X and y looking great, I got a fd who got massively disappointed by black and white and not getting x y because of it.

Its silly but just to add to the list of "its fucking awesome" You can finally change your avatar! Money has never been an issue for me in pokemon games and now I have something else to spend it on... Clothes. HA. Also I like that they brought back berry growing. I have spent a good deal of time on my harvest hehehe.

My only question is this,
Is Pokemon X/Y worth getting a 3DS for as well? I haven't played a Pokemon release since Ruby/Sapphire for the SP (THROWBACK)

And if you don't want to go full 3DS, 2DS instead. Still worth.

I'm wondering, since my brother has a 3ds and bought Y, is there any way to emulate these games? I don't like stealing video games or general piracy, but in this case I can't afford a 3ds just for 1 game but I'd really like to play it. Are there any roms out there yet?

I don't think anyone's broken the 3DS yet, and Pokemon only just came out... it's unlikely that it'll be emulated for a while.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought that a rom was leaked a few months ago.

HA! yeah nintendo and esports....that is why they tried to shut down the super smash stream on evo. which then went on to set viewer records. nintendo dont know esports like microsoft. hopefully in the future they wake up.

so the exp share is something that everyone has, but it can be turned off?
and it functions the way the original one did in red/blue where it takes half of the battling pokemons exp and distributes it to the rest of the party?

I stopped liking pokemon after crystal, I just couldn't get into them probably because I played the originals as a kid, oh I did recently play leaf green and that was pretty cool but still not the same for me
