Widow mines are way too controlling and possibly need a nerf. I basically stopped playing seriously as zerg before hots even. The synergy of units for terran is pretty ridic. I actually liked it better when the WOL was new and everyone was crying about reaper imba, when it was really just map imba. I had builds that were perfected to dealing with the multiple all ins terran could do, even if you didn't scout. | ||

WoL had so much more metagame development not just because the game still had lots to explore, it's also because there were more fixes and patches that makes strategies work and adapt. Anyone still remember the icefisher build and EU zergs adapted infestors even earlier than KR zerg. Even nestea carboncopied that buid. right now the all for balance 50% win rate patches makes the metagame barely changing since the release, we don't even see the new units that often at all other than MsC and widow mines. | ||
