So my mom had this random 6-8 month old orange tabby walk in to her place this week and it's been sticking around for about 4-5 days now. She's had posters up in the area advertising the lost kitten but no one's called in yet to claim him.
Rather than sending him to the animal shelter to potentially be euthanized, she's been trying to get rid of him. I stopped by my mom's place to pick up some mail as some of my mail from old jobs still gets sent there, and I couldn't help but take him home after hearing no one else was looking for a cat.
Naturally, pictures below. He's super friendly and loves to play around so far. Not scared of me at all so far, he just wants to cuddle all the time :3

I'm been calling him Simba so far (obvious Lion King reference). Thoughts?

Me and some friends helped name another friend's cat "TLO" (this was back when he was playing in the GSL).
It's nice because it works as a pet name beyond the Starcraft reference.

Rauðúlfr(Raudulfr) or "Red Wolf"
I've heard that cats respond better to names with an "ee" sound at the end.
aside question: have you gotten him checked for any diseases/whatever? you gonna need to get him shots?

Nope, not quite yet. Got a super busy week of work, probably going to take him in next week.
