I obviously could fill one up with water and use it as a fun water balloon. Maybe I can even freeze it to later use as an icy morning-star.
I once saw a Youtube video of a girl putting them on her legs like socks. Weird stuff.
And I once saw a couple of videos of guys inflating them to ridiculous sizes by holding them out the window of a speeding car on a highway.
Obviously, it could be used as a rubber-band substitute in a pinch. The rubber/latex does have some crafting use. If I was out in a forest and happened to be carrying condoms, maybe they might help my survival in the event I need something repaired but don't have a rubber band
Perhaps I could fill one up with catnip and see what my cat makes of it, though the durability will be in question. Then again, my cat is a lazy piece of lard that can't kill a mouse, let alone a condom catnip bag.

I make ninja turtles out of mine..... you need the magnum size though so no worry's if your unfamiliar with the green ones!

Something really cool you can do is fill it up with a gelatin like substance and make a squish ball/cylinder pretty much. There are a lot of creative things you can do with it actually. I would suggest, outside of sex, condoms actually make great balloons for balloon animals, if you get colored ones, they hold air well and are exceptionally durable compared to the normal bargain bin balloon. Get FuDDx in here lol.

If you needed stuff for survival, chances are you're better off trying to use a condom to store fresh water.

You can use a condom to cover the end of an assault rifle in muddy/sandy conditions, to prevent fouling of the barrel/receiver. The cover is flimsy enough that you can shoot through it in emergency conditions without really affecting the accuracy of your first shot.
