Whole milk is by far the best milk. I one time had this disgusting powdered milk that you add water to and it was traumatizing.

I recently started drinking about 2 liters per day (1/2 gallon). It's awesome.
And it's also almost the only way I'm able to get enough calories per day so I dont lose weight

It's even better with chocolate in it, and coffee. 4 glasses a day <3
I cannot stand plain milk though...

Same myth by the way goes for protein. High protein is good and healthy, there's not really too much if you don't unnaturally force you to take "TOO MUCH" aka a total overkill. Even the groups that are said to be more affected by it (obesity etc) have positive blood-effects/other effects from lot of protein compared to little.
A "harmful" dosis of aspartam would be 7L of diet soda .. and seriously, who drinks 7L of diet soda, has a problem to begin with (every day)

His point was that it would be unlabeled. Milk sweetened with aspartame is not just "milk".

I used to drink a gallon of chocolate milk each day all through high school. It was pretty awesome. Too bad I couldn't afford to spend $150 on milk every month when I got to university.
