EPTMaybe you noticed that there were no blog entries during the last days.
First of all sorry for that.
This had a bunch of good reasons though.
But as always I will start with today first.
I woke up at like 10 or 11 and finally finished my desertation (was about time...had to finish it until Thursday lol)
After that I played some pub games and stomped some Drows (yeah..I actually stomped Drows..But seriously..Drow pickers play really really badly..)
Then practice started but Ryan came a bit late due to some real life complications.
So we only managed to squeeze one game in and on top of that we lost.
They caught us off guard with their laning and when we finally managed to adjust it was already too late and they were snowballing a lot.
Again we located the problem in the tri-lane and unfortunately again we realised the blame was mainly to put in Ryan's shoulders.
And that leads me to the next point.
After today's practice we decided to drop Ryan from the team.
Even though we got a long with each other quite well and I consider him a friend of mine now the role switch from 3 to 4 was simply too much for him and so he failed to have any positive impact on our game.
In fact he even had a negative one..
Over the last days I gave him more and more chances but it became clear that this was not going to work out.
I did not really want it to be true so I waited longer than I should have done with that step and finally decided to look for another support player.
This makes us all as a team really sad because we all liked Ryan and we wish him a bright future and good luck.
Unfortunately now that we are working on several other sponsorships we could not carry Ryan until he finds his place in the team so we are now officially looking for a support player (either 4 or 5)

Again this is the end of today's blog.
I hope I can start streaming tomorrow again and I also hope that we find the right person to fit into our team as fast as possible.
Things are going well for us. Our future path seems to be bright.
