Just bloody play already. also FYI Kiante vs Puppykiller didn't have a ban or whatever because there were other things at stake - like embarrassing stream names and location settings, things that would be a permanent reminder. It just never happened because admins didn't give a crap about the outcome and they're the only ones who can change it.
So you don't want to play for bans, then how about your sig? Whoever loses has to put whatever the winner wants written in their sig, and that's all they can have in their sig, either for a period or forever, you guys decide. That doesn't require an admin to do anything, and in the event that they don't comply then just get them banned, that only takes a second by a moderator.

If the stakes can't be to ban someone, how about banning both and unbanning the winner as a prize. It would force Telecom to play to try to get unbanned and he has nothing to lose by playing

No pro gamers smoke massive amounts of weed. You're a fucking failure in life.

How about we mutually agree to the map pool instead, or let an outsider pick them, instead of letting YOU pick EVERY map, and lol at the map pool you selected, could you have chosen a more biased Zerg map pool please.
