I wouldn't know about the rest of you but being the resident SC2 nerd among my friends I am always pelted with questions about the games. How long do they usually last? Who should I watch? Etc. And in every case I'm confronted by the sheer enormity of the scene.
In particular, this is especially a concern when I'm trying to show other people who don't play the game at all what it is I like. Though they don't ask for it specifically much of the time; I feel like I need a really high quality pack of games that I can link them too. A show pack if you will, to give them some kind of idea what SC2 is like at its best.
That's more or less what I'm looking to make. Since I want this to be accessible to the non-SC2 world, I'm thinking of forming a playlist of sorts on Youtube that I can link my friends too. I have a couple games I'm thinking of putting on there; some of the Bomber v MKP matchups or the Stephano v MC games from Redbull. But I know there's got to be some really amazing ones out there that I'm missing since I only started following the scene recently.
Any games you guys think I should look at? Since this is directed at people who've never seen it, it's ok if they're somewhat old. So long as they aren't too conflicting. Also, I'm trying to throw in some variety in terms of time. So long and short games are both cool.
Sidenote: If anyone else has done this already I'd love to take a look at it. I may be able to make mine more specifically thematic in that case. (Like foreigner v Korean games or an exciting set of cheesy games.)
