Best friends away from the game but arch enemies inside it... Guldas and I have played many games against each other over the course of SC2's life. But this rivalry started long before that. It begins with WC3 and continued on through halo2/3. Never before have we kept score... until today!
This was all brought about with my recent... as recent as 1.4.2 change to playing zerg. Some of you may know me as a Terran player... but the call of the swarm is overwhelming at times and this week i have fallen into it's grasp. Guldas of course thinks the patch is worthless and will jock all over my Zerg. We will see...
I don't have screen shots as we are normally in mumble together. But i'll late it out there for yall. Guldas is a fuck. He's the bro that goes to the bars by himself. 4 times a week. He's the bro in the weight room that grunts when he does curls as loud as he can. He's the queef that thinks mech is good and that he's the 2nd coming of flash because he can make hellions. He's the tool in class that wears the tank and flexes the whole time. He's the fagbag that drinks the rest of your beer after you let him crash at your place. He's the cum dumpster that proxy thor rushes and bm's after you scout it. He's the bro that talks about how big his dick is in public places really loudly, pretending its a private conversation. He's the cock monger that wears stunnah shades at night. But worst of all. He plays Terran. Nuff said.
I will not! can not! lose this match. Pride is on the line. But more importantly... I'm fighting against a tool. To lose this match would be a disgrace to not only myself, but to anyone who ever thought i was worth anything.

Grudgematches are meant to be played by two people who really fucking hate each other for whatever reason, not some put up show or 'hey watch me and my mate playing' thing.
Besides, real grudge matches have something at stake.

I get what you're saying. This isn't the classic "I fucking hate him" grudge match, that's true. But by no means does that mean it will be any less intense. I sit in mumble with this kid for a few hours everyday. The loser of this will be hearing about it till the end of time. The replays will be saved and spam emailed to him. There is no escape when it's someone you know. You can run away and never talk to someone you hate hate again. You can't do that here.
I think in some ways there is more on the line in this than a more standard grudge match. You can't hide behind the ignore button after this.
We're not playing for fun. We're playing to make the other person's life miserable as long as we can. But it may be fun to watch for you/others. Hence why i put it here.

You're taking this a little to seriously. It was a grudge match in the sense that it's two friends who have had a gaming rivalry since they were 14 and are finally duking it out for others to see. We've been playing since beta and both think we are the shit so it was time to establish fact from fantasy. The post was made to see if anybody wanted to watch two high masters players duke it out in a Bo5. We duked it out. I came, I saw, I conquered. "Grudge match" over. Ez pz.
