I don't know if it was puberty, the fact that I'd not learned a single thing in school for 5 months is happening to you at 15, holy shit you are in trouble. Now, you see progamers like Nada, Polt, Leenock, Stephano etc. who have had to balance education and sc2. Notice the highschooler Leenock has not failed out of HS, and all the older guys (like Polt and Nada) who were balancing college and sc2 knew what their goals were. Polt managed to win the GSL super tourney while still going to school, Nada was also going to school. They didn't shaft their highschool career to get here. Sad to say, but not everyone can be Polt and get passing marks at a top university while owning up sc2. Don't short-change yourself on this, even someone like Stephano who put off his education is doing it for a good reason, and that's because he's making good money playing. Trust me, he wouldn't have done it otherwise. You're not them. You only have so many resources and ability, and right now you're going all-in on sc2 while totally jeopardizing your education. Life is about sacrifices, but selling your future for virtual ladder points is not the wisest move. | ||
