Contact a doctor. I've got Crohn's disease, which is a "pleasant" sort of IBD. If it IS something, the sooner you get diagnosed, the better. If it isn't, odds are they'll be able to figure it out without even needing to shove a camera up your ass. (Note, this really isn't as bad as it sounds anyway, the prep is way worse than the actual procedure.)

ya... I called doctor today and described my situation

doctor indeed said its might be internal hemorrhoids, and told me to buy some cream and put it on my ass.

all doctors are busy now and its Easter soon, she will look up ass 3 week after

I will keep updating this blog 3 week after.

Painless bleeding is most likely internal hemorrhoids. (painful = external hemorrhoids or fissure)

If the blood is dark red, then the bleed is somewhere up the GI tract and probably a more serious problem, if its bright, then its near the rectum (hemorrhoids).

If its hemorrhoids: Get some exercise and stop sitting on cushioned chairs. Also don't strain when you take a shit, it can pop a blood vessel. Eat more fiber.

Most likely it'll be a common case of hemorrhoids. If you blood comes out really light then there's a very high chance that its just that. If it's dark blood then see a doctor ASAP.
