Carrier plans are still open but I have 3 possibilities:
-Stick with current job. Very good, get to do many games and game related activities. But I want new challenges.
-Apply for a Game Designer Position somewhere like Rovio.
-Go Indie, start making little mobile games with a dev time of 1 month, ad based. or In app purchase.
Meanwhile I write my applications and clarify my plans. I'm doing as much game design as I can and occasionally I write a little prototype to try the mechanics out and get feedback. These prototype won't have any ambition and they are aim at trying simple mechanics.
The first one occupied my two last weekends and it is a mix of memory game and betting game (betting is currently only in multiplayer)
I bring you the mighty Toothfairy Memory Game!
You play a toothfairy doing it's daily duty. Observe the kids, see if one of them lose a tooth or two and exchange it for some money. Get payed for each tooth you collect. Beware, other toothfairy might offer the kid higher price for the teeth. Also be careful not to offer money to kids who haven't lost any tooth or your bet would be wasted.
Very simple idea. Haven't had the opportunity to playtest the multiplayer part. The single player is currently quite boring but I think I could add levels as challenges. Each level getting harder (less bonus from tooth, more kids, more teeth disapearing, penalty for not finding a lost tooth...)
Ok try and feedback time.
Mostly I want to know. What feels wrong in the balance?
I'm interested in multiplayer feedback. Is it fun? If not, what's stopping the conflict between the players...
Multiplayer supports xbox360 controller, mouse, keyboard. Up to 4 players can play. (Tecnhically, this could go up to 8...)
Would a networked version of the game be interesting?
Ok enough talk.
Download from here (you might need XNA, link bellow):

This is a XNA application (the API that allows to dev game simultaneously for pc, xbox and windows phone) so if it doesn't start, you need to install:

Keep in mind that I made everything ( musics, sounds, code, design) in a very short time after work so bugs and UI incoherance might occurs. My appologies !
And a reminder of my previous weekend project:
