EPTI bought ME3, and it's good, but there are some things I felt like I could give feedback about. So I go to Bioware forums, and guess what? I cannot register my legally purchased game because it's telling me somehow I'm logged with a different account.
And the solution it recommends? Download a freaking demo to check if my account is the correct one logged on the game. Are they so fucking imcompetent to actually not include an account login page to the damn game?
This shit has to stop. It's enough. I don't want accounts, I don't want a profile, I don't want all those "benefits" and shit, just give me the damn game! And if I don't like it, let me talk about it. A seperate account for forums, a seperate account for game if actually there's a need for achievements and shit. But NO! Why would it be that simple? Just combine everything together and create a shitstorm.
My Profile Name in Bioware forum account page is the same as my PSN Name. Yet it somehow managed to sync me with a different account. How would that happen? Because every time I buy an EA game it asks me to login with an account. At some point I forget the password, and I have to recreate one to actually play the game. So then what happens? It syncs up with the old account without me knowing about it, and fucks everything up. I'm now downloading a stupid game demo to test what account it is synced to. If I manage to get it to right one, there's a chance my save games will be gone.
The worst thing? I cannot even post this thing on their forums because somehow I don't have access to the damn forums I used to have access just a couple months ago!
Fuck this shit. I hate accounts, I hate passwords, I hate e-mails. Fuck all that.
