Ever had that workout session when someone twice your size, twice your skill, twice your seemingly everything gave you some tips on the go and you just felt frustrated?
How dare he tell me how to do things, how dare he tell me tuck in my shoulders. Just a friendly tip huh? Fuck off. Then you start feeling anger and you know the entire fucking session is out the window. And you realize that you are still not a man for having those feelings. You start caving in to irritation. Do you know how hard I have worked to just this tiny bit? How the fuck would you steriod pumped head know anything about working out, so leave me the fuck alone. Inside I know the truth that everything I have been doing for the past year has been done wrong with multiple people trying to correct or convert me to their ponzi scheme. Well the TLHF fitness thread must be true! Just look at all the numbers and the amount of people succeeding? How can I be any different? Slowly you realize that perhaps you are weak and your father was right and you should have brought up harder.
I feel like a failure. If it doesn't go right and I can't fix it within a small timeframe I feel the time has been wasted and my life squandered yet again. How are you ever gonna achieve anything in this short ass life when all you do is sit and watch other people play computer. The mute observer would be a fitting title. superbia
Sorry for this terrible blog. Just needed to get this outta my head and thought maybe people feel the same.

On the bright side, your name has inspired me to make guacamole (I will edit this post with pics when I get home and make it ^_^)
^I started that after reading the first half of the first paragraph. It got pretty real when I got to "perhaps... your father was right"
Hang in there dude. You seem super stressed; maybe you should take a little time and relax (oh good, now I'm one of those fuckers who keeps giving you 'friendly tips') xD

It's hard not to get a complex over the things we care about most. You're still a man bro;)

I was with you up to this point. Can one probably innocent comment really cause you to question your manhood? This is rediculous, either you are trolling or you are the most insecure person in the world. I get that when people interject temselves into your business it can be really frusterating or annoying, but in this case it sounds to me like someone offered you a helpful tip and you have nothing but hostility for that? It's not like you have to take the advice...

I got news for you, this here is called living. Everyone squanders their life in one way or another. Some people drink and party a lot, some people spend 60+ hours a week at work, other people sit and watch sports for hours on end. The key is to spend your time doing what you like. If you are doing that then you are not squandering your life.

Feelings are real and legitimate. Everyone experiences them no matter how mature. Your manhood shows in how you handle those feelings. Even if you did not handle them the best, be gracious to yourself and simply resolve to handle it better next time. Then move on.
Feel better dood!

Why are you getting angry when someone better than you at something is trying to give you advice to succeed? He probably just noticed that you were trying your hardest and wanted to help you out/improve your form.

Indeed, i have never gotten angry at someone for giving me advice. When i know someone clearly has no business giving advice because i have seen them completely do something wrong, i will nod say thanks and completely ignore the advice. Why do you assume they are steroid users? Maybe the guy was like guy 4 years ago and he just wants to help somebody out? I have known people (especially in High school) that where pretty scrawny then suddenly after summer they are F*#*ING huge. But still just a nice guy, basically i can understand the frustration but you can either accept or ignore the advice i don't see the purpose of getting angry.

for me this is actually the worst. the more he means well, the more i want to punch him. some people just don't want any help. especially if it's unsolicited.
