I was inspired by GlintFox's Bronze League Hero blog, which can be view here.

So basically, I'm taking GlintFox's strategy of actually reviewing games (who woulda thunk?) and seeing what was good, what was bad and attempting to adjust accordingly, but in the public arena of my blog. I've only played a few games so far today, but here's what I've got. For clarity's sake, I play Terran.
Game 1

Here is sort of how the game went. I am going 1 Rax FE but not into mass marines. (See here) http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/FE Feint Marine Rush (vs Terran) into 3 Rax MM, then into Tank/Viking with MMM. A mashup, with multiple units the same purpose, but oh well.
I put up a bunker at the natural, for peace of mind. I thought I did a good job in the first engagement, when we tried to micro around the bunker, I engaged then microed back to the bunker to get it involved. Unfortunately for me, I then suicided a decent size force of MM into cannons and gateway units. I tried to micro around a little bit and should've just pulled back and held a tower or something. I then tried a two medevac backdoor drop, and should have attacked the front at the same time...I thought of that as soon as I saw his entire army come to the back, where I was just picking off pylons. Another mistake, I should moved into the mineral line or taken down a tech building. My opponent just rolled with gateway units. I teched to and made some Vikings, blindly assuming colossus, another mistake. Wasted minerals.
So, here's a list of things I thought I did pretty well on (for my standards)
Most of these apply to my overall play.
I tried to keep up constant unit production.
I had no idle workers (for the most part)
Tried to do some backdoor drop harass.
Decent saturation at the bases.
Things that need work:
I lost the entire drop force without taking out anything important.
Didn't attack front at same time as backdoor.
Didn't get geysers up fast enough, and floated minerals because i didn't have the gas to produce.
I supply blocked myself a couple of times.
I had zero map control.
Game 2

Result: Win Replay: Maximus vs InToXKashski on Cloud Kingdom LE
Again I opened with the 1 Rax FE. I've played 25-30 games with this build, and it seems pretty solid. My opponent went straight to Mech with a Tank/Viking, Thor/Banshee combo. I didn't really anything spectacular this game, except I was smart enough to go around is bunker/tank wall in front of his third. I did a better job holding the towers. I say that because I had an SCV at the far tower for most of the game, and it saved me from losing some workers to his first banshee harass. (Though he didn't have cloak, still trying to figure out why he didn't wait, I would've been hard pressed to defend then). Anyway, I destroyed his bunker wall in front of his third with some sieged up tanks, then proceeded to go around it the next time. I found a 4th, denied it, destroyed his third, and he gg'd. I wondered why, because he easily rolled my force after I killed his third. I saw why after the game, although I'm still a little baffled. He was mined out in his main, close to being out in his natural....but he was at 200/200 supply and floating 9k minerals at the gg.
Anyway, I came to the conclusion that I need more production buildings!!! How is one supposed to macro up without any buildings to macro! And that was my main concern after game two. I also could've taken my third earlier and been more aggressive.
Game 3
Map: The Shattered Temple Opponent Race: Protoss
Result: Win Replay: Maximus vs CBKid on The Shattered Temple
Well this game started out the same way. I figured there would be some proxy pylon action, and I found the first one, the one that would've really hurt me. Two bunkers and siege tanks in front of the natural, as well as MMM. Figured there would be a proxy out there somewhere, so I just held tight, except for when I tried to destroy his natural. Long walk + obvious scan = cannons and a lot more units than were there. Dead. Kept scanning and seeing him massing a gateway army outside my base. I tried a little cat and mouse and tried to get him to walk into my tank line, but he wouldn't before he was ready. I was really expecting to see some colossus play this time, but there was none to be found. I made more production buildings this game, and tried real hard not to get supply blocked, but sometimes i lose focus. I don't know why I started attacking those rocks with my tanks. I was going to take a third there, but totally forgot that I could build a CC in my base and float it over there. Sheesh I tell you what, bronze moments.
That's all for now. Back to the ladders!
