Alas, as I have neither wit nor any engaging stories, I'm going to have to settle for being my boring old self and starting as follows.
Yo.
This weekend I bought an EU account and figured out how to switch my gateway so I can play on both EU and NA servers. This is exciting because Team FireLight (TeamFL.net) is giving me the opportunity to try some casting for some of their daily matches. This means a more consistent practice schedule (which is a good thing) and a very small step in starting to network.
In other news, I switched to random. Zerg was no longer holding my attention and so I thought this would be a better way to pass my SC2 time. That said, I still enjoy casting more than playing so I am going to continue to focus what little time I have on talking poorly about a game I know depressingly little about. But it's all good since I keep learning little bits at a time. Eventually I'll get there.
Really, there isn't to much more to say right now except that you should all check out /r/BuildingEsports. It's a great start to community building 101 for the esports world.
Hope you are all having a great day
