EPTIt took longer than expected because of finals, the holidays, etc. but I think it's at the stage now where I would at least consider it "fun". It's nowhere near perfect, but it meets what I had set out to do. I originally had no intention showing it to anybody else, but I figured I'd put it out there in case somebody else might be able to give helpful advice/feedback about it.

Update:
Fixed trades that were not being saved.
Fixed looping playoffs.
Fixed released players not being added to the Free Agents list.
Fixed win/loss reset at beginning of new season.

You can just switch the application files to keep your saved game.
