Then I realized how self centered this post would've been. How arrogant that I would talk about my blessings and how they are actually tragic inconveniences to my gaming world. How sad that I have to go work for 6 hours a day instead of playing League of Legends and finding the right rune pages for Veigar. Yes putting references into this blog of our favorite online games is sometimes humorous the real message I'm saying is not. Maybe we should all take a step back, not saying stop playing video games because this is how we all relax, but maybe we should take a step back to look at the big picture. We are so lucky to be able to play these games.
I am currently sitting in front of a $300 desk, a $130 keyboard, $70 mouse, $210 monitor, a custom built computer worth over $1,000. What sits on my desk is clean water in my coca-cola glass, which I don't drink soda, my DVD's of p90x2, my wallet full of money, and my turtle which was hand-crafted for me in Africa. There are a lot of messages here and I just write on a whim and I don't re-read but the bottom line is don't forget how lucky we all are when we are raging in a game, or if we have an urge to play one more game but our family wants to hang out. Maybe I don't even know what I'm trying to say, which to be honest I'm just typing.
So, Bondja, you ask. What is it that you are trying to say or am I just reading a wall of text? Well, what I am trying to say is don't take everything for granted that we are able to obtain because there are millions of people out there in this world that don't even dream of what we have because they don't even know what it is.
