Talking to my fat, retarded father is usually quite a chore. To clarify, he's not mentally challenged, but an idiot.
Seeing him over Christmas, however, made me realize how I have to stop treating my body like a trashcan if I don't want to be a diabetes-ridden, toothless fatso by the age of 50.

General goals:

Increase stamina significantly, decrease body fat percentage significantly, lose some but not much weight (a pound a month is more than enough)
However, goals should be smart, measurable.
So here it is:
- do 100 consecutive pushups
- do 50 consecutive pullups
- lose 12 pounds (6 kilos)
- do 200 consecutive situps

Mainly paleo, running, cycling, pushups, pullups and situps, barely any weightlifting.
