Hey guys happy holidays
Here is Casper my Christmas Cat. Most of my other cats have died off but my darling Casper is here still I was pleased to discover xxxxxxx
Last pic is an owl tbh
I got some money for Christmas and the first thing I need to buy is an electronic cigarette. Why? Because Ive tried quitting multiple times and cant do it atm. I cant go another year of failing to quit and killing myself so I need to buy one before I get any iller.
Please recommend or advise me regarding a nice good modern e-cigarette that will last (so i can buy refills). I will do my own research etc but a blog will surely attract someone who already knows what theyre talking about to some extent and who is unbias or whatever.
Before I go I can recommend a cool electronic music artist that my brother showed me last night. If you like chillout kinda electronic music (Day9 Song of the Day playlist type stuff) then this artist is pretty good. Only jst started listening but it is cool.
The artist/torrent is "Saycet [2005] One day at home" . Idk if theyre on youtube, have a look/listen http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Saycet&oq=Saycet&aq=f&aqi=g10&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=1408l1408l0l1880l1l1l0l0l0l0l149l149l0.1l1l0 (the song in my TLnet signature is cool too if you like this kinda music)

Theres this really good e-cig out there. Its called "Just Quit". You should try it. . And don't gimme that stuff about how its so hard or i'm addicted. Its all in your mind. If you can remove yourself from mind you'll find yourself outside of those prison bars free from it all.

i know dude but i cant achieve it atm im too weak and lame!! when my life is more settled/confident etc then sure but i cant achieve that point yet. working on it....
i know that sounds so defeatist , but its easy to "quit" for X days, but after that, if your life/persona is unstable then its so so easy to collapse and lose it all in an instant.
ahh i get your joke now, good one!

well it was partly joke but, seriously, u need a new level of belief to get to where you want to go. The old level brought you to where you are now, it can't take you any further. btw, kitty is cute.

Quitting is insanely hard. I've tried seriously twice and I always ended up going back... -_-
Has anyone tried those Blu ones? I've seen ads for it everywhere, but I'm kiiiind of suspicious of it. A lot of the testimonials seem fake and the ads look kind of shady.

good luck on this bro, e-cigs helped out some friends of mine
but the thought that it's all in your head is wrong, cigarettes are known to be physically and psychologly more addiciting than heroin because of the readily availbility of cigarettes. Please look at the chart below:

you interested in buying an eGo-T ? i can sell em to you pretty cheap. feel free to look around on the internet but they work pretty well assuming you want to quit. theres refills of small traces of nicotine (16mg ) or a placebo as well. i can sell u as much ud like so don't worry about running out of product.
if you're interested pm me back or email me at heavonearth.ntran@gmail.com
i hope my posting status can serve as a vouch for my legitimacy, i wouldn't fuck up my TL reputation for a few bucks
anyways, i can update with pics / etc. a bunch of my friends i've sold to say they work great, finally been able to quit after trying on their own for years so im proud to sell them to anyone who wants one
and of course full refund if you aren't satisfied.

I quit smoking for good back in Feb 2007 (yup I remember my last cig still). How I quit: 1. I got a good reason to quit. Father and Uncle (father's brother) have serious heart issues that stem from smoking. And if I don't quit I'll end up going down that road as well. 2. I downgraded my cigs. Marlboro Reds to Lights to Ultra Lights (it tastes like air). 3. I set a schedule to be quit by. I gave myself 4 months to quit. I'd tried to quit cold turkey several times before and that never worked. 4. I had to understand why I was smoking. Addicted to nicotine, oral fixation with smoking, social event, etc. I found I smoked twice as much more at work than I did at home. At home I was able to entertain myself enough to keep my mind off smoking as much. 5. I made a plan to follow my schedule. Month 1 I stepped down from Reds to Lights and continued smoking as usual at work but tried to make an effort to not smoke as much at home. Month 2 I went from Lights to Ultra Lights (I was severely made fun of by my co-workers. but I eventually explained what I was doing then the jokes came fewer and fewer); and started cutting back the amount of cigs i smoked at work but didn't regulate what I smoked at home (because it was a very small portion anyways). Month 3 I really started restricting my cigs/day ratio. I would have one empty pack that I put cigs into every morning. If schedule said to only have max of 4 cigs @ work that day, I only put in 4 to take to work and left the rest of the cigs at home. The number began to lower and lower through Months 3 and 4. Eventually I stopped smoking completely at home (kept cigs in car so if i really wanted one I'd have to walk outside in mid-winter to get one) and only smoked 2/day at work. At that point it felt rather pointless to smoke at all. I felt I needed to mentally break the social stigma I had of smoking with my co-workers (military), and I needed to break the addiction that every nicotine user has. However many years later it is now, I still think about smoking. Even have an occasional dream about smoking. But it's just not worth it to me anymore. Sorry I can't offer any help on electronic cigs. but imo I don't think they are really healthy for a person. But idk, never tried them. And If your the kind of person that has been smoking for a while you probably have an oral fixation towards smoking cigs; and continuing to simulate that action while not ingesting the nicotine & tar could ultimately lead you back to and unsatisfied state and bring cigs back to your world. But I am sure they can work for some people. No idea about the patches or gum (not even sure if it's cost effective Breaking the addiction of smoking is not only in the mind but in the body as well. Breaking a physical addiction of nicotine (I've been told nicotine will leave your system after 72 hours) is the easy part. The hard part is breaking the mental addiction. That's why I set a schedule to gradually step down my nicotine intake; to lower to nicotine levels in my body so that withdrawal symptoms weren't even noticeable. And to help lessen my dependence on the drug. While I was lowering my nicotine intake I was also easing the nicotine withdrawal symptoms as well as working on breaking the psychological addiction. If you really want to quit for good, you can.

At least where I worked it was allowed. 5 mins x 4 times/day = 20 mins. and legally for a non-military job you get two paid 15 breaks per 8hr shift. unless it's per 6hr shift. can't recall which it is atm. So the supervisors weren't to beat up about the smoke breaks just so long as it wasn't really long.

it's 2 for anything over 6-8
and at least at the places i've worked, it's also required to give 8+ a (unpaid) 30 min lunch in addition to that. so that's 3/day right there
