Once they get a few tanks at their fast third and are raking in Minerals from the Mules it provides they take a fast gold with a PF which is very hard to break when Turrets, Thors, and Tanks are on it. Most of the time I've seen fast thirds they have transitioned into mech off a Hellion expand so I can't get all that ahead in Drones while defending from the BF Hellions and be ready for a Tank/Thor push. They aren't wanting to "keep up" they are wanting to get ahead, and if I don't punish them immediatly for the "economic cheese" as people call it, Then I play right into their hands. I mean personally if I could take a fast third and not get punished for it I would, Because that means I will be ahead of the Terran (In theory) but I couldn't hold it while trying to get tier 2 and defending the push thats coming soon. Personally if you scouted a fast third CC in base would you just sit back and Drone or attack? | ||
