I won a $50 giftcard to Amazon at a pingpong tournament at my school. What to buy???

Originally, I was going to save it for textbooks next semester, but I figured that it was a prize, I won it, I should go and spend it on something cool. I can't really think of anything I need, and I've been browsing Amazon (electronics, food, etc) for a while but I can't decide.

So it's up to TL. I have $50. Let's get some suggestions on stuff (or combinations of things) to get~~

Help me out!

Edit - Have an idea! any foods or snacks that are absolutely delicious that you'd recommend?

Well, if you don't have anything you want it sounds pretty damn silly to burn money for no reason... I think keeping it for textbooks is better for the long term.

I would also consider saving it and using it for a larger purchase you have to make later, $50 off of something that costs like 2-3 hundred dollars is prettttttttttty sweeeett.

This thread seems fun at the surface but... I think we would need to know you and what you like in general to make suggestions... generic 'tl nerd' amazon advice isn't that useful to you most likely.

i completely agree with Carnac's choice.

If you're just GIVEN a bunch of money, treat yourself to a fantastic meal. There's this place called the meat house near my house, and it's got the most fabulous steaks. I got a 50 dollar gift card there once and just went. to. town.
