the table and the fingerprint were pretty easy. i thought the towel image might be maybe a rug of some sort. but the macro image of it does creep me out a bit. they look like maggots with hair xD
very cool though, i like it. my fav is the book.

Fingerprint was obvious, everything else not so much. Get a pic of bread.

Yeah, same here. Got the fingerprint immediately, thought the towel was a rug. I wanna see a sponge or maybe an animal like spider perhaps (could be difficult to get a decent shot)?

I like them, i don't really have any thing to request.

The last two are superb. I didn't bother guessing or knowing what they are, the last one has a gorgeous color and the one before it has an even lighter tint, but more smooth and clear.
Love it.

My cat is retreating any time I point the camera at her, but I will try again tomorrow. As for a spider, I hope I don't have any in the house, but I'm sure if I ever see one I'll try to find the camera.

What technique did you use you do macro without a macro lens? I've been doing some today and can get pretty close, but that's just cause my kit lens gets really close. I've heard you can strap another lens on the other side of the first lens, or buy macro filter type things to screw on the end of a normal lens.
I think the blur is kind of overwhelming in some of your pictures here (also did you crop these or just resize them) but I'm impressed by the detail on the fingerprint.
Here's one of tea I did the other day

I bought this thing called a "bellows" which is essentially an accordion-like device that has both a male and female lens component, allowing you to extend your lens length. The further the lens from the sensor, the more the glass inside the lens acts as a magnifying glass, thus mimicing macro.
http://www.amazon.com/Fotodiox-macro-bellows-Canon-Cameras/dp/B003EDTG8W/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1316910461&sr=8-10
The problem with it is that because the bellows is between the body and the lens, they cannot electronically connect, and thus you have to use manual focus/aperture control without digital reassurance that they're working as you wish. Live view with exposure simulation on makes it easier though.
I didn't have a tripod set-up so the blur was a bit hard to control, but with extreme macro stuff (different than normal macro lens') the aperture makes the depth of field really tough to manage. It's not uncommon for extreme macro to have blur. I could do better, though.

Take a macro picture of a t-shirt and dollar bill?
