Regardless, I had a lot of fun and left the yoga studio feeling very at peace with myself. The kind of peace I really need right after losing a ladder match and raging my face off.
So, after taking a little inspiration from Reddit (please reference the "Cheese Diet" ragecomic), I thought about doing a yoga stretch right after every game regardless if I win or lose. I'm hoping for good results!
Has anyone ever tried this SC2 then work out set up? If so, how'd it work out for you?
I'm also a total noob at Yoga. I'm pretty flexible naturally, so a lot of the beginner/intermediate poses aren't that difficult for me. Any suggestions on what type of Yoga I should do?
The class I took was a "Yin Yoga" class, which is basically napping while yoga. I'm looking for something more physical. I might take a Bikram class, but I hear it's pretty hardcore. But no pain, no gain!
