[H] Help Identify Some Cartoon?

Okay so for some reason this thought just entered my head while I was watching NASL. There was some cartoon I used to watch a bit, probably in the early 2000s. Could have been late 90s but I was only born in '92 so I'm thinking closer to early 2000s.

It was a woman superhero. I'm not sure if she had any actual powers or if she was like a Batman kind of thing. Either way, she was "darker" (kinda like Batman, not colourful like Wonderwoman or whatever). She either had a pet panther that would show up and help her sometimes or she could actually turn into a panther, not entirely sure which one. Also she was friends with this kid. A boy. I think he was a pickpocket? I don't know.

It's not important so I'm not gonna be disappointed if it doesnt sound familiar to anyone. But if it does, I'm quite interested!

Any help would be totally appreciated. :D:D

Also wikipedia tells me the hero of that show was a robot I think. I dont think I even noticed that when I watched this before. I guess 7 year olds really are stupid heh.

Okay lets not attack Mailing. ^^

I genuinely trust TL to know anything Reddit would know since we have so many total ballers here. But the less stupid questions that get answered in < 2 minutes but still take a precious spot in the sidebar, the better. :D

Also I think TL is on pretty good terms with Reddit so we should be alright.
