Hey guys, I was just wondering how you got your EU account(if from US). Recently I purchased on from Battle.net by changing my region to United Kingdom and putting a random address I found. After 4 days I recieved an email saying the following

"Greetings,

This notice is being sent to inform you that we were unable to successfully complete your recent purchase for one or more digital games from the Blizzard Store. The charge for this digital game on your Blizzard Store order was not finalized.

Since we could not fully authorize this item’s purchase, the game license in question has been removed from your Blizzard Account.

For any questions about Blizzard Store orders or your Blizzard account, please find the contact information to the Blizzard Billing and Account Services department at:

I'm guessing since they payment didn't go through the money goes back into my account. I have one question though, how in the world can I get an EU account then? I mean I found a site "http://www.offgamers.com/starcraft/starcraft-ii-eu/starcraft-ii-eu-cd-key-c-4183-5988-5989.ogm" but I don't know if thats reliable and how it would work. instead of changing your region I think you need to create a whole new account.

find yourself a EU buddy who makes a new account for you. Cant be so hard

My US friend, who wanted to buy an EU account had the same problem - the payment didn't go through, because of his bank blocked it as 'possibly fraudulent' payment. I think you'd need to call to your bank, which issued your credit card and tell them to friggin allow your payment to go for Blizzard. It doesn't matter which region or address you input into your bnet account I think. I've got both my EU & NA account under the same b.net account and suffered no problems so far.
