Alright, cool, and btw I just lost the game, there are numbers greater than infinity, Vader finally killed Obi Wan http://www.galacticempiretimes.com/2011/05/09/galaxy/outer-rim/obi-wan-kenobi-is-killed.html, I have a five page paper on the civil rights movement due tomorrow, I'm about to start playing WoW again so I will probably disappear from the world, living in my room, devoid of any sort of physical interaction with the tangible world for the next couple of months, my sister just ate all the cake, which wasn't a lie, and my volleyball team made it to the playoffs.
In other news, the Starcraft 2 patch makes me happy cause I just switched to Terran and fast 4-gates were hurting me, although I like bunker rushing too, but oh well, it's only a few minerals. Also, that's another thing which I'm just sort of going to give up on. Getting good at SC2, getting into masters league, and trying to become a pro. Reason 1: Too much work. Reason 2: Low odds of success. Reason 3: MY COMPUTER FUCKING SUCKS.
Okay, I know once I describe it everyone is gonna say lol, tell me to get a real comp etc. etc. but I'm going to rage anyways.
I'm on a mac. A macbook. An old macbook with a crappy internet connection. An old macbook with a crappy internet connection which is going to be replaced by my school (which provided my original laptop) with a macbook air. BTW I play sc2 on this laptop, slow down the game fairly often, and I'm on an intel x3100 GMA graphics card or something like that which isn't supported by Blizzard.
My graphics have actually resulted in some pretty fun games, where I've played with handicaps which have influenced my play. Some bugs which have occured (they change every time I restart Starcraft II) are pink nexus's (bright pink, with like the top having a light blue part to it), invisible units (sentries, cybernetics cores, marauders, and overlords, although conversely I can usually see invisible units very clearly because for some reason the way the graphics are observers, DT's, banshees, ghosts, etc. distort the background a LOT), no buildings or anything on my minimap meaning that I have to click everywhere constantly (this actually probably improved my play), and others which I can't think of right now. I also suffer from severe delays, meaning that I can't micro and need to just attack move, meaning I always just macro, and can't use quite a few strategies... However, I'm in diamond which I think is surprising, although I do cheese a lot because then I can just attack move, like a 4 rax marine all in vs protoss.
In conclusion, it's late, I'm tired, and I'm gonna go read the rest of the book Midnight Tides which is an awesome book in the funny, dramatic, intriguing, and epic series: The Malazan Book of the Fallen series by Steven Erikson.
Also putting Jaedong and Stats on my anti-team was an idiotic move on my part. But hey, I wanted to take a gamble, which I sometimes do too much of. (I'll bet on a 1:1 ratio when the odds are like 1:100 against me.)
