About 12 hours ago, I was going to a school too follow up on my job application as a school teacher, when I came across something that is both hilarious and furiating at the same time.
Remember the Mortal Kombat Legacy fan film on Machinima? Well, what if I told you that there are DVD stalls in markets that actually sell the fan film as a pirated DVD.
I have no idea what these guys are thinking selling something that people can watch for free without feeling guilty. Sure, there may be people who have not heard of the fan film, but nothing like proper word of mouth couldn't solve, right?
Speaking of which, I recall buying a DVD of Final Fantasy X-2 on a whim, and it was all just a bunch of cutscenes in Japanese, complete with piss-poor editing and video quality. Ah, piracy, they would put anything on a DVD these days. I bet they would put other machinima like Arby & The Chief or Freeman's Mind if that might give them hope for easy money.

Whatever works haha. I've learned that buying pirated dvds is never a good idea. Either pirate it yourself or go legit =/

I kinda gave up on pirating games and movies because they are more trouble than they are worth.

theres this really cool website called the piratebay.org you can look for the green symbol after the uploaders name to see if the game iso is good, also, read the comments. i don't even adovcate illegally downloading shit but if you think its trouble or hard to pirate things, you probably also need your diaper changed a few times a day.

I know that, man. What I mean, is that they are just tedious to use at times. I would only pirate stuff if I am really unable to buy them.

I remember in vietnam we went to one of those video stores and the 3 south park episodes I got were actually very good quality but the 13 or so season of some anime called bleach were all in japanese with chinese subtitles . I bought a game for xbox but was almost certain that it wouldn't work on my xbox due to regions. I asked the guy if it would work on the asian regions and not US and he said it would ... it didn't . Only lost $0.50 so no big loss

It's just business bro, as long as there's a market of gullibles waiting to get scammed, these people will rob them of their money.
Same goes for even the most advanced scams that make millions of dollars of people, it's all in the amount of experience with certain things and prudence.

As long as you don't buy one of these to go with the purchase of a pirated dvd. + Show Spoiler +
People buy stupid things if they are unsure of where to obtain them.
