This laptop has taken years of abuse. Though she serves me well, I am currently grimacing at the silver streaks I am leaving on the keyboard.
I just came inside from putting fresh layers of paint on the final mask and badges for the Shakespeare costumes I have been working on. I have been using silver floral paint, which is safe to use on foam and dries quickly, but is basically impossible to get off of skin! My keyboard seems more than happy to absorb it from my fingers, though, and my black keys are slowly turning a silver-grey.
Yesterday I finally managed to replace my headset! I love Razer and their amazing warranties. I had my old headset for nearly a year and I still replaced it without much trouble! I use a Razer Carcharias, not their best headset (that one costs twice as much!), but still amazing and SUPER comfortable!
This is my last week of classes and I really can't wait for it to be over! I have my Midsummer Night's Dream performance at the end of this week (anyone who lives near Claremont, feel free to drop by and watch!). I've gotten to the point when I feel I'm just vomiting onto pages and then pushing it around until it is in a report-shape.
The summer has so much to offer! I am looking forward to making my Nidalee costume and celebrating my 21st birthday! I also plan on doing an internship, but I am not sure where yet! I guess I need to get that figured out soon!
Oh, well, time for my first League game of the day!

league of legends is getting too depressing to play. only heimer and teemo are any fun to me now, because they're like brood war tank/turret/vulture/spider mine pushes. sigh

Haha, I LOVE playing Nidalee! She's so diverse and I've fallen into such a rhythm with her that I know the instant her heal comes off CD even if I'm in cougar!
Other champions are fun and all, but Nidalee is my true love!

It doesn't dry hard and it is very tacky, so the constant rubbing against my keyboard rubs a bit of it off but soap and water are next to useless! Luckily, it does mean I can rub it off of my keyboard, though! :3 Also, I just took a VERY long shower and it did come off, though I think that's more due to my skin getting soaked underneath it than the water actually working on it.
