Greetings! I'm Apocriva, a currently-gold-ranked Zerg player from Atlantic Canada. I started playing SC2 during the beta, and with no prior RTS experience, it's been a hell of a ride. I've been keeping a blog doing post-game analysis of all my ladder games (http://abith.wordpress.com/), but after watching a Day[9] episode where he mentions making a blog here, I thought I'd give it a shot!

One of the other main reasons in creating a blog here is to hopefully encourage myself to play more. Between a full-time job and a 10-month-old daughter, I find myself watching SC2 far more than I play, and I enjoy playing so much, I want to do it more. I figure if I post here, I can get more active in the community, and create a positive feedback loop!

In any event, I look forward to posting here, and more than anything, I look forward to playing more!
