I remember buying my first StarCraft game way back when... maybe when I was only a child. I remember growing up around a lot of people who played a lot... being that I'm Korean. I remember Brood War being the coolest thing ever. I remember being beat... a lot. I also remember winning a lot. I remember picking up StarCraft 2 at my local GameStop when it first released on July 27th of 2010. I even remember receiving the beta invitation and flipping out... I remember when roaches only cost 1 supply. HAHAHA. Oh gosh... good days...
But a new time has come, and the people of Blizzard has given us a new opportunity.
Season 1 of StarCraft 2 is long gone.
I've only played 238 games total, and I've managed to get diamonds on 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 ladders... and only a plat 1v1. I should've and could've played so much more... and I definitely feel as though I could've worked my way to Masters with just a little bit of effort. But I didn't. I know this may sound completely bogus to the ignorant people who may judge me, but I guess I was... compromising myself. In other words... I was a coward. Coward in a lot of things really... including things in my personal/social life.
But Blizzard has just reset the ladders. Season 2 is here.
To live in time... means to live in a constant process of change, whether it be good or bad.
Here's a toast to Season 2, ladies and gentlemen.
And as for me, here's a toast to... what you may call... a Season 2 of my own life.

If you're on FaceBook, please check out GSU Collegiate StarCraft page. I hope to coordinate a Georgia State University team for the CSL soon. I've been trying to gather a team since Collegiate Star League first started... but no one wants to play with me. ==; If you attend GSU please let me know if you want to play!
