In the summer of 2009 lilsusie (the most awesome person ever) held an art contest. The winner would receive a SKT1 jersey, a little bunkie doll, and, as if that wasn't enough, *6 autographs. All of this, for 50$. Absolutely amazing. My mind still reels from how incredible this is. Of course, I immediately made an account and with what I think was less than 10 posts declared that I was going to enter this contest (Bisu is the reason I started following professional StarCraft <3).
I was one of the lucky few to win the contest and soon enough my package from Seoul, Korea arrived in the mail. I was filled with indescribable joy.
Since then, I have worn my jersey on a few occasions (pretty much whenever I want to feel like a boss) and have had bunkie stuck to my window.
But the autographs, oh the autographs. How I longed to gaze upon them every waking minute, to see the signatures of my heroes staring down at me, giving me strength as I struggle at 100 apm. But of course, to take them out of their protective plastic shell would be folly and only invite calamitous ruin. There had to be some magical way that I could both see and protect my precious scrawls of ink - I was so tired of having them carefully packaged away, only to be taken out during playoffs or an important Bisu game. This was not nearly enough. Something had to be done.
Two weeks ago I finally spent the 150$ (cheapest possible) to get my SKT1 autographs framed. Why I waited so long, I cannot say, but being a poor student was definitely part of it.
Today I made the long, -21 trek to the frame store to pick up my package. Finally, my autographs have an abode they deserve. In the future I will buy them a new, bigger, fancier home, but for now this will do.
Fantasy, Bisu, Boxer, Canata, Best, Iloveoov
* I seem to recall having the option to either pay 50$ and get 1 random autograph, or pay 70$ and receive all 6. I'm not sure.

I too was one of those who posted all of 3 times before I entered the contest.
I didn't get all 10 though, just Bisu 
My bunkie sadly lost the little loop for holding him to the window, so now it sits in on my desk, always turned towards the monitor for skt games.

Iloveoov's autograph is so out there. If you didn't tell me who it was I would have no idea.
Definitely should save that so your grandkids can go to antique's roadshow and be surprised to hear about the wonderful sport that was SC:BW, and then have it be valued at tens of thousands of dollars because collector's pay big bucks.

Are you serious? You can get a frame like that for about £20 and just frame it yourself.

Damn, I remember that contest, seems like forever ago for some reason. Honestly I haven't watched BW since SC2 came out, but fuck did those signatures bring back a flood of memories of watching grainy BW VoDs and streams. I love me some SKT1, since I started really watching BW right around the rise of Bisu and the slow fall of... oh-nevermind.
Anyways yes, I am jealous of both of you.

My BW CDs signed by NaDa and herO[jOin] seemed to make me worse at SC ;( went on some sick losing streaks when I used it.

=D Ive got the older style SKT1 jersey from 2007ish, old black wemadefox jersey, and a MYM jersey, also got a bunch of autographs from Blizzcon(Yellow, Tasteless, Jangbi, Artosis, Idra, Cloud, Nada, Savior to name a few).

I'm sure hanging that near your computer will be a inspiration. Whenever your behind or frustrated, just think about some of the games those guys played and win through sheer force of will. So jealous.....

Canata's sig IS pretty terrible.
I think the way you had it framed tastefully shows off the autographs, good stuff.

I also got a shirt from Susie. But I got only one autograph. I don't think there was the option to pay 20$ extra for the 6 autographs, I would have taken it for sure. Anyway I got Bisu's autograph and I'm really glad.
