2011 Homestory Cup II win over NaNiwa. - 1st place: +1750 euro ~ $2330 USD

SCReddit Invitational win over Morrow. - 1st place: +$1200 +$600 charity

DreamHost Root Gaming WARZONE win over Sen. - 1st place: +$2000

3 MAJOR tournament wins all in a SINGLE WEEKEND is wickedly impressive and deserves to be talked about. Nobody should overlook this insanely impressive feat. Anyone who plays this game knows how hard it is to win especially at top level. These were not easy wins these were fucking hard earned well deserved wins for this guy over amazing opponents in top tier tournaments. To win 3 premiere tournaments in a single weekend, best single weekend performance by anyone in foreign starcraft to date in sc2? Seriously... He's probably the best overall foreign protoss right now. If not the best top 5 easily in my book. He was my favorite foreign protoss in broodwar and this weekend was just insane, I don't watch alot of tournaments but I track alot of results and generally keep up with whos winning big tournaments. Man it's always worth it watching whitera play. Good decision making, amazing timing, crazy smart and strategic play in entire series vs top level players...it's a joy to watch honestly and should be for any starcraft fan of any race. I play terran and this guy alone makes me want to switch races... I'm sure he's going to qualify for TSL 3 and probably go deep.

He is so sick good and just gets the game. He got broodwar too he was easily one of the best foreign protoss players for years. He beat Boxer in a televised match in broodwar in IEF in 09. I remember watching that stream live and it was insane. He was always a contender in huge broodwar tournaments, wcg grand finals... knocked idra out of a handful of big shit in the last few years (TSL1 and other tournaments in korea/china)

I was fortune enough to meet and spend time with him during MLG DC last october and he is such an awesome guy, his English is hysterically bad but he's so sociable and always eager to talk to anyone.

I drove him from a hotel we were staying at to the venue during day 1 of MLG DC and he gave me a pin he got during one of his visits to Korea. This little pin has become a little bit of a charm for me, I always keep it next to my keyboard when I play at a lan or in an online tournament as my little reminder and inspiration from honestly my favorite foreign player...This guy is just too awesome and is a great inspiration for esports period and the growth of starcraft. white-ra keep doing your thing dude you are an inspiration to all. Your gameplay helps evolve this game and puts on an amazing show that anyone and everyone should tune in to watch. Watching you makes me want to work harder and keep improving at this game and I don't even play protoss!! lol!

Always a total class act and is just so sick, sick, sick, sick, sick GOOD at starcraft I'm so jealous... <3 duckloadRA

It's pretty fantastic, ya. I actually had doubts recently that he was gonna be able to keep up with all these hard working youngsters, and he didn't really deliver that great results, but yesterday made me feel ashamed of those thoughts. White-Ra is awesome.

YA! It's totally awesome to see him doing so well, shows the game isn't just for 16 year olds with no lives, he's a married guy doing great playing sc2... so sick. :D

yeah was thinking the same white-ra is performing crazy good lately, I remember early release when he was in his big slump thinking that maybe it was over for him, I couldn't be more wrong, respect, especially when he just rolled those tournaments. I didn't even follow it was just when I was taking a break or something tuning in some stream just to see him rolling someone 3-0 in finals every time

Anyone know off the top of their head how much money White-Ra made for those three wins?

Every time I read about something like this, I just imagine White-Ra's face when he beat BoxeR at WCG. You gotta love the guy.

So happy for him, he seems like a really nice guy!

And i would rate him top 5 overall easily, would only place MC, NSP.Genius and tester above him.
