The Korean open beta of Tera-Online is coming up soon and I'd really like to test it. To do so, you need an tera hangame account. This is where it gets troublesome. To create an account you need to be a Korean citizen, there are several guides to how you fake a KSSN, but I'd rather not do that. Instead I've been trying to find a Korean who are willing to create an account and lend me it for the time when the beta is going on.
Do you guys think this is inappropriate to ask or should I keep trying my luck?

If I had a KSSN, I don't think I'd ever use it to make an account for someone else unless I've been friends with the person for a long time. I'd imagine that the odds are slim that you'll find someone willing to make an account for you.
Well, If someone would ask me to do the same thing but with a Swedish game I was not interested in I would easily have done it. That's what I based it off. But hey, maybe that's just me.

I know my friend use to just search online for KSSN's, he was Korean but living in the UK.

If there was no way for the person to check your social security number through the account, then I wouldn't mind. I'm just not comfortable sharing it with someone I barely know.
However, I don't think it's inappropriate for you to be asking people to do this for you. I just don't think that you'll find many people willing to do it. Keep trying your luck. You'll probably eventually find someone willing to help you.

If I had a KSSN I would play StarCraft 2 on korean server
There used to be KSSN tutorial things on this site back when everyone was trying to watch OGN and MBC. People used to share accounts on those sites.
I don't wanna use someones KSSN against their will. Also you need to register from S.Korea. Hopefully I will find someone. Maybe we could trade info if they are worried about that.
It's kind of ...iffy to lend someone your KSSN. I've lent it to friends IRL before, but not to someone I've never met.
Yeah, It's totally understandable.

Does anyone know how to get an i-pin?
^ You can get an i-pin at a lot of sites (ex. siren24.com) but you still need a KSSN. They're not meant for people who don't have KSSNs, but for people who don't want to reveal their KSSN at every site they join.
Do you think anyone would be willing to "sell" their KSSN? I mean, it doesn't hurt them if I only use it for SC2?
Selling KSSN's is illegal since it's basically identity theft. I would not recommend you to buy one even if you found it. Don't go down that road

If there is no way to retrieve KSSN from the account, I'd just make an account for you and give it. But I'd not give you my KSSN EVER. It's nothing special.
^ ^ I can't even access that site.. I wonder if it's just me, or if it's inaccessible across S.K.
Any use of a person's KSSN without their permission is illegal. Using a KSSN generator just means that you're going to be using a random stranger's KSSN.
I wonder if that site works for getting a SC2 account on Korean server as well.

I don't know if you can check it from the site since I don't know how it works. You could try register @http://tera.hangame.com/ and see if it shows in the profile page. If it does I guess I'll give this up since I don't want to have that kind information.
