I was happy at 180 2 years ago and I ballooned up to 220 until 2 months ago. After missing a bus because I was too unfit to sprint to catch it along with seeing some ugly pictures of myself on facebook, I decided it was time to lose some weight.
I decided to make some changes + Show Spoiler +-running 5 times a week for the past 2 months(nike+ is awesome!) -stopped drinking pop -stopped eating fast food and ate more greens -started working out during breaks at school
Its been 2 months since 220, and I've dropped to 200 but I haven't been able to run lately because it started snowing and I have no access to a treadmill. My goal was to hit 190 by new years but I don't know how I'm gona make it with out running. I also have a bet with my friend to see who can get to 180 first and I want to win.
Girl blog angle + Show Spoiler +I got invited to a few parties coming up to new years. I already feel a lot better about myself, but it would be nice to bring my A game. Along with a few cute girls who I find quite intriguing. I realize that it shouldn't matter, but I feel a lot more confident and am way more sociable when I'm happy with myself.
The quest to 180 continues! Any advice, trolling or criticism is welcomed. =)
Evolution of my obesity(pics) - may not be the best examples + Show Spoiler +180 pounds(the beginning) - tattoo is fake! ![[image loading]](http://www.teamliquid.net/userfiles/49707.jpg?1273422601) 205 getting fat 220 fatterest(guy in orange with a double chin) ![[image loading]](http://img683.imageshack.us/img683/3020/88803409.jpg) going back down too many layers to tell but eh ![[image loading]](http://img541.imageshack.us/img541/7448/20889178.jpg)

You're getting healthier and you're feeling better about yourself. Of course you're going to feel more confident around girls too (:
GL and keep it up!

I really like that redhead... a lot!
Good luck to you sir. I myself have given up smoking, drinking coke (drank 2lt a day) and losing my stomach before new years. It's easy if you have the will to do it.

yeah shes pretty cute, nice girl too.
I bought her a TL shirt for her birthday lol.

good stuff man! You don't look too big at 220, how tall are you?
And keep it up, you're one of the tiny percentage of people that notice they are getting out of shape and decide to actually do something about it. Once you reach your goal, try to maintain your lifestyle changes. It can get difficult to stay motivated for extended periods of time, so try to do your workouts with friends, and don't get lazy with eating fast food. Get er done! Gives coach-like slap on the ass
That comes from a past story. I played on a rep baseball (rookie, we we're tiny, about 9 or 10) team as a child, and the coach would always slap our asses (motivation?), and my dad called him Horace the Spider, and told him to stop touching me. Kind of awkward, lol.

Yeah, you really don't that big, you've got to be pretty tall. Regardless, I definitely enjoy reading these types of things, since I'm working on a "fitter me" as well. You've got this!

CheAse I believe in you. If I can do it you sure as hell can! I stopped running lately because of laziness / SC2 training but you are an inspiration to continue. Together...we will succeed!

..130? That is very low for a guy. How tall are you?

Cute redhead~ I keep telling myself that I'm going to run/do sit-ups/exercise, which I do for a period of time before stopping and then losing everything. It's so disheartening losing muscle/fitness so easily after months of hard work.
Glad to see that you're working hard +_+ good luck! Are you very tall by the way? You don't look 220 even in your 220 pictures.

You're probably right. I usually run late or early and it gets a bit colder during those times. I think i will give it a shot though.
I'm 6 feet, so bit above average I guess.

you aren't fat dude you should give yourself more credit. I understand if you want to tone your muscles but don't take it so far.

zapdos, im short im only like 5'7 lol

very good Schools been getting the better of me recently, havn't been excercising nearly as much. I should get back to it...

chease how old are you? Most universities around here have a gym where students can go to for free. If not I would highly invest in a gym membership if you dont want to run outside during the winter.
On a sidenote: That lego man costume is pretty awesome. I know what I'm going to be for next halloween!
Edit: Forgot to say. Awesome you lost 20 pounds, half way there! Keep it up!
