More on topic, for all you dudes with specific and a little complicated looking workout plans, did you start that way? Or were you just kinda doing pushups at home for a few months before getting weights? I'm a little to broke to be getting my own weights or a gym membership any time soon, so I feel for ya CM. | ||

And i like that BMI calculator thing, I let out a sigh of relief to find out I'm at normal weight, this whole time I thought I was fat but really its just everyone around me is skinny. | ||
