I still think 60% if not more, comes down to diet. What you put in your body on your rest days, is what makes you grow. Not the lifting of the actual weight. It helps that one of my flatmates used to be a professional trainer (He trained kevin spacey, random) He's taught me everything I need to know about weightlifting. Put on a solid 14lbs of muscle in the past 6-7 months. | ||

i think a good system that might work for charlie.. everytime he gets banned/warned he does 100 pushups + 100 situps. he will be ripped in no time. | ||
