Venting about school

So today is a day off for me, and I was trying to complete my preliminary report of my next lab session. That's the starting point.

I started doing that right after restreaming GOM TV Clan special on my non-registered livestream channel, then did not turn off and started doing my preliminary report (When I turned off the stream, I actually had more viewers than some of those non-featured tl streamers. Music may be more important than streaming content

)

So, what am I venting to? The fact that they don't teach what they ask for in the preliminary report and the notes that they ask us to read are all bullcrap and don't contain any bit of useful information. AND MY LAB ASSISTANT IS FUCKING DODGING ME. So, what happens to me now? I need to research about some things that I won't be learning at the theory course itself in this term. So, I desperately need a reason for WHY I HAVE TO RESEARCH ABOUT THAT THING AND WHY AREN'T THEY PROVIDING ANYTHING USEFUL FOR US TO READ AND LEARN SOME SHIT. I'm so sure that this fact won't change a bit this term and I even bet on that. If this fact fucking changes, I will even stop dissing Terran race and its players (I was banned something like 5 times because of dissing Terran race or players). Furthermore, I'll even off-race Terran on 2v2s, 3v3s and FFAs. I'm that determined.

the answer won't always be given to you in college nor in real life
sometimes you have to learn how to be resourceful and hit up the internet or the library

I actually got used to being resourceful and I looked up at the internet and found most of the things they want us to find, at least I'm over %50 for now. This isn't that much of a difficult report either, it's not stupid in some parts but looks so stupid altogether.

And I don't blame my lab assistant actually, I wouldn't answer student questions in facebook either.

I'm having the same exact problem with my finite element analysis lab section. The tutorial given is for an old version of the software we're using and many of the steps no longer work in the current version. It's total bullshit, I feel your pain. Useless notes, useless tutorials and a seemingly impossible problem. Also, my lab partner doesn't have much of a clue what's going on in that class. He hasn't been to class in two weeks. I don't have the time to figure this shit out on my own! haha

My lab partner doesn't seem to know jackshit as well, but I'm just too good that i can cover for both of us (hahaha jk, but srsly. I do the labs all by myself, my partner only draws graphs, he can't even draw a graph properly but still we get almost perfect scores). The problem is that MS students give this lab and they are just unaware of what is written in supplementary notes.

yeah... you should def ask by e-mail or go to office hours

E-mail is even more painful than looking for an answer in facebook and today is a day off (in all the country), so nobody will even pass by the school, let alone putting an office hour.
