Thank you Zerg for renewing my interest in SC2! I was Protoss in beta and for about two months, but I was bored with it, and the macro style of play I loved and played in SC:BW I didn't feel was there. I took a three month hiatus, and after the GSL, I decided maybe I would give another race a chance.

Zerg is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. The macro is difficult, but I can win games by producing a lot of units and flanking, much like PvT in SCBW. I can see what people mean when they say Zerg is a little boring, because there aren't really that many units to use, but I actually relish that, it reminds me of just using zealots and dragoons.

agreed ypang, zerg's so ez you dont even need to look away from the battle to make farms, let alone any unit you want. you can even spawn larvae w/o looking at your base

Haha I'm happy you liked my guide! I think I made that in beta, but it's nice to know it helped some (former) brethren from Aiur.

Once I get to a level that I think people will respect, I would consider making one. I definitely enjoy playing right now, which is more than I could say before, and that gives me some motivation to give back to the community.

I've found the same, compared to playing terran, playing zerg is so much more rewarding. I feel sooooooo good when I win, cos everything has to come together at the right time and I love the balance between droning/producing units. I always feel like I'm balancing on a knife's edge playing as zerg. Now give us a guide
