1) yes you were on bedrest for almost 2 months, that will tank all your physical activity, just try to get back into it slowly
2) you only eat bread and water every day? and cake? i'm sure i'm missing something in translation. if you are active then it doesn't matter what you eat, you get that luxury because you're active. but to stay healthy just eat lots of grains, veggies and protein and shit. pasta is great.

1) Muscle atrophy would affect you after 2 months of bed rest right? You'll regain your strengths soon enough. Don't overtrain or you'll just injure yourself though.
2) Yeah bread+cake+water is a terrible diet.
It's a little 'kiddie' but the info is good. Eat balanced meals man...

Ya i explain bad sry. That is not right. I was a kid (im still but im more grow up) So my body now need more "good and healthy things". Ofc matter what we eat. You cant just drink and a glass of water in a morning and try to run a marathon. I really want to know when i should and what type i should eating in a morning, the afternoon and night. Because there is somethings that do bad at night and others in morning and i dont have any kinda idea.
Example: Morning: 1 cup of milk, 1 fruit,?? Nigth: Milkshake of proteins? Is stuff like that that i dont any clue how to adapt

Your english is fine man :0 don't worry about it
You really shouldn't try and eat high amounts of carbohydrate with low amounts of fruit and vegetables. You'll get constipated and be tired all the time.
Really easy way to get yourself healthy again is to just eat a fuck ton of raw fruits, vegetables and nuts, and try and cut down on meat and dairy and starchy carbohydrate, which'll just clog you up like crazy if you have been living an inactive lifestyle.
Since I got back into exercising and fitness I just cut way back on fatty foods and did lots of Almond/banana smoothies with hemp seeds, green smoothies, fruit juices, salads etc. Got to say the difference was remarkable.
So yah, just eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can, just incorporate slowly into your normal diet, and you'll feel a lot better.
Try and be careful to split up your calories throughout the day.
Don't really want to go into what I eat in a day, people will laugh at me haha

i dont think it REALLY matters when you eat what. If i'm hungry at night im gonna have cereal.
since you seem pretty serious about this: (and you don't have to eat all of these all in one sitting. it's better to eat lots of small amounts over the course of a day. eating random fruits throughout the day is the best way to go snack wise. try and get 3-5 in.
Breakfast: (drink with milk or orange juice, or those protein shakes I guess) -toast, yogurt, fruit (banana's usually good) -cereal, fruit, yogurt -an egg with toast, fruit, yogurt (the thing here to realize is that fruit and yogurt is pretty good, don't eat eggs too often, maybe once or twice a week) -personally i have a peanut butter sandwich and a banana cause it takes like 5 min to make/eat
Lunch: -Some sort of sandwich with a cold cut and vegetables is what most people go for. -Some hearty stew -if you wanna be a healthy girl you can make a salad and put lots of shit in it. i saw a guy who'd have like a billion vegetables and cold cuts in his salad, looked gross, lol -some sort of leftover, it's all good
Snack: -I usually have 3 fruits over the course of an afternoon, i also have cereal at this time to get my milk servings. preferably light foods.
Dinner: -so in my house we usually go for 3 part meals, the vegetables, the meat, and the rice or potatoes. interchangeable between different meats and vegetables. -pasta -heavy stuff
After a workout, you wanna get your proteins and carbs. that's when you can drink a protein shake, or start to eat your heavy foods. eating trail mix is also good, cause the nuts have lots of protein in them.
now that i think of it, i don't know what the food culture is like in portugal, so some of this stuff may not apply. this is all i can think of to help you. good luck.

Fuck the food pyramid T_T Just checked "mypyramid" For me it says i should have 7 ounces of meat/beans and 3 cups of dairy... I had twice that by noon.
Just be active and only eat food if you know where it came from.

I used to be like you, ate literally nothing; I basically ate whenever I had food available but never bothered to make/buy any. Used to run 6 miles every day and did muay thai 3-4 times a week. Since then I was really skeptical about the "official" calorie theory because I used to manage with almost no calories at all.
This isn't a good advice, I've never gained enough weight for my liking. I'm sure people will suggest some good eating habits in this blog, or you can search TL for relevant threads.

Does it seriously show Saltine Crackers and Popcorn on the Food Pyramid?
|
Popcorn is perfectly fine... its only because everyone stereotypes and thinks all popcorn contains butter and a ton of artificial flavorings and other fats.
|
As long as you're getting all the vitamins your body needs to remain active, you can eat whatever you want. You can look at the food pyramid and eat fruits, vegetables, milk etc. But I'd say trust your taste buds. If you're craving some kind of food, that's your body telling you there's some kind of vitamin in that food that you need.

I guess people have just disregarded sodium and blood pressure out of health in its entirety then. Carry on.

The fact that it contains dairy products and red meat is funnier tbh

I second this piece of advice.
This is a good read about it that I have.
Edit: Picture and extra sentence.

Pop your own, control the sodium level. Easy as that.

monion is right, you were in bed for almost 2 months. Start off slow. You may feel frustrated or eager, but if you rush things you risk not only harming yourself but causing permanent injury. There's nothing wrong with getting back into the rhythm at your own pace.
Also your diet looks horrendous. No offense. Diet is everything. Millions of studies have shown that your diet plays a big part of how you operate in everyday life - including exercise. My friend used to be extremely tired all the time and lacked energy for strenuous activities. He went to see a doctor and the doctor laid out an eating chart for him. He followed it as best he could and he says he feels a lot better, and exercises regularly now. Eating bread bread is okay, but you need to eat other things from other food groups too
