I have had my diamondback 3g for about 3 years now, still very smooth but I am thinking of upgrading as well. Might try the deathadder and the other mice and see how they feel, that's the most important thing

When, I first got it, the first thing I noticed was that it was too small for my hand. My hands are quite big and I was uncomfortable with that mouse. Since then, I've gotten a bit used to it but I still prefer a larger mouse with a palm grip instead of a fingertip grip. I think I might go for the deathadder. As someone mentioned in this thread, is it too heavy for a game like Starcraft? Edit: Either a deathadder or a mamba.

Just make sure you try the mouse out before you actually buy so that it fits you nicely. Doubt you can go wrong with a razer mouse.

though personally i've used salmosa and i prefer salmosa, but for mirror edition of abyss can really preserve it's looks and everything.. it's not like my salmosa that literally looked like a "rotten" mouse.. yes, rotten..

Almost have to buy it with a nickname like that But for real, its sexy, thin, pretty light weight, and wicked fast tons of dpi / sens settings to play around with to get the right feeling for you, probably about a hundred combo's to choose from, and then you have in game sensitivity to change to fit in with that, so you can really really customize the speed, dpi, and accuracy of the mouse. I also suggest gettign an exactmat, as it has "speed" and "control" surfaces so you can even further customize Ive had my set for about a year now and i dont ever want to go back to a normal mouse That being said, the mouse is for claw grip, it is a very small mouse compared to most bigger, flatter mice, and it takes some use to get used to the buttons on the side and on the fly sens changes, but as with any mouse to a certain degree, its how you use it and personal preference, not the specs and stats. Also, a lot of people would agree that razer mice are like alienware computers, in the sense that they are overpriced and just a brand name, and there are better, cheaper mice available that can do the job just as good if not better, but dont have shiny green or blue lights. Goodluck in your choice!
